Full Registration Fee for delegates is 375 Euro (excluding bank charges).

The participation fee for accompanying persons is 200 Euro and it includes access to the two festive dinners (welcome cocktail and banquet).

Important observations:

1. The conference fee will be paid by each participant. The conference fee can be paid by bank transfer (see details under the heading “Payment details”) before 30 September 2025. Payment at the desk is no longer available.
2. The conference fee includes access to the conference sessions, certificate of participation, the conference kit with the Book of Abstracts, coffee breaks, lunches and dinners during the two conference days.
3. The conference fee does not include accommodation.
4. The conference fee does not include the post-conference excursion. Detailed information on the foreseen itinerary will be provided later on.
